How It Happened

PROPOSED
It was her birthday and most of her family was out of town, but I couldn’t hold the excitement any longer. I used Google Hangouts to video conference her mom, grandmother, sisters and friends. We all sung happy birthday to her. She was so busy laughing at the laptop screen full of her loved ones that she didn’t see me get down on one knee. I started to explain how much she
meant to me and asked her to marry me!
SHE
SAID yes!
I was so shocked because I wasn’t expecting a proposal to happen and when it did, I figured it would be at a restaurant or while we were on vacation. I was so overwhelmed with joy; I froze up at first. His hand was shaking so bad, it took him a minute to put my beautiful ring on LOL! It was very thoughtful and I loved that he chose to include my family in such a moment. And of course, I said, YES!

build with, not just settle. We have always respected one another and been attracted
since the day we met. Sharing so many of the same principles, the bond was instant.
On the other hand, our “opposites” attract and complement each other within our life and business goals. We have helped and watched each other grow so much that we know God is blessing our union. The chemistry of our blended family mesh well; the boys love him!
The love we share is the reason we are making it official, Saturday, September 28,
2019!
